Intellectual property and IT law

We provide legal services in the area of intellectual property law, IT law, and copyright law. We represent clients in registering their industrial property (especially trademarks) at the national and international level, i.e. in proceedings before the Industrial Property Office (IPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO). In addition, we represent clients before these authorities in defence against newly registered competing trademarks, industrial designs, utility models, and patents.

We also provide clients with legal services relating to the protection of their intellectual property rights in court proceedings and proceedings before customs authorities, which assist with the seizure and subsequent destruction of merchandise infringing the intellectual property rights of clients. In the area of IT law, we assist clients mainly with preparation and revision of contractual documentation, as well as other areas related to their business. In the field of copyright law, we advise clients in preparing licensing agreements, as well as other related contractual documentation, we analyse possible copyright infringements, and we provide comprehensive advice on defence against the infringement of copyrights, including representation before courts.
