About Jakub:

Jakub is a partner and founding member of Urban & Hejduk. He has been active in the legal profession since 2007. Prior to founding Urban & Hejduk, he collaborated with two leading Czech law firms. As part of his practice, Jakub has represented clients in hundreds of disputes before the Czech courts in civil court proceedings, administrative cases, and insolvency proceedings. In insolvency proceedings, he represents both creditors in enforcing their claims and in creditor bodies as well as debtors in exercising their rights. Jakub also has practical experience with representing clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings according to the ICC, SCC, and UNCITRAL rules. In the area of administrative law, Jakub provides advice and representation in administrative proceedings, especially relating to construction law and public procurement.
