About Jan:

Jan is a founding partner of Urban & Hejduk responsible for civil law, commercial law, energy, the public sector, construction and real estate law, and the provision of legal advice to German-speaking clients. Prior to founding Urban & Hejduk, Jan worked for more than 10 years in major international and Czech law firms. During his university studies, he also spent two years at the Faculty of Law of Passau University in Germany, and subsequently as an attorney, he completed an internship at a leading Swiss law firm in Zurich, Switzerland. As a part of his practice, he has participated in hundreds of projects, including mergers and acquisitions, establishing legal entities, negotiating transactions, and providing comprehensive advice to Czech and foreign clientele. Jan is a leading expert in the field of energy (conventional energy and supported sources).
