About Daniel:

Daniel is a collaborating attorney-at-law at Urban & Hejduk with previous experience at a top Czech law firm. He also worked several years in the non-profit sector and civil services. As a part of his practice, Daniel provides comprehensive legal advice to Czech and foreign clients in all phases of Czech judicial and administrative proceedings and in arbitration proceedings. Daniel has represented clients before general, administrative, and arbitration courts in a number of complicated disputes, especially in relation to damages, construction, engineering, disputes arising from acquisition contracts, disputes over contracts for work and purchase agreements, employment law, as well as various other commercial, civil, or administrative proceedings. In addition to representing clients in procedural matters, he specialises in real estate transactions, legal advice on commercial and civil law, in particular, contracts for work, purchase agreements, as well as other specialised aspects of contract law and contracts for the business sector. At the law firm, Daniel is also in charge of German-language clientele and its agenda.
