In the area of personal data protection and processing, we offer a full range of services for controllers, processors, and data subjects. We are prepared to assist controllers and processors with comprehensive projects relating to the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or checking and improving your company’s status after implementing the GDPR. In addition, we offer the services of a data protection officer (DPO), legal advice, or representing clients in the event of an inspection from the Office for Personal Data Protection or during any dispute with data subjects. We are, of course, able to offer GDPR training according to the needs of clients. We would be happy to assist data subjects in enforcing their rights vis-à-vis controllers, in filing complaints at the Office for Personal Data Protection, or in legal disputes with a controller.
