About Petr:

Petr is a collaborating attorney-at-law at Urban & Hejduk focusing primarily on representing clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings. Before joining Urban & Hejduk, he worked at two international law firms in Prague and at the District Court for Prague 10. As part of his legal profession, he has handled a wide range of disputes for clients from various industries, both in domestic and cross-border courts proceedings. He also has many years of experience consulting in the field of insolvency and corporate restructuring, regulatory matters, and administrative law. In addition, he has gained a lot of experience in consumer disputes at the Office of the Financial Arbitrator. Petr is registered as an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and is a member of the private law section of the Czech Bar Association.
