About Kateřina:

Kateřina is a founding partner of Urban & Hejduk and is responsible for business law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate law. As a part of her 10-year practice, Kateřina has provided legal advice to top Czech and foreign companies in relation to their ordinary corporate agenda and acquisition activities. She has extensive experience in the area of transactions, including transactions with an international reach. Kateřina provides legal advice to clients in preparing acquisitions, conducting legal due diligence, and negotiating complex transaction documentation.
