About Jan:

Jan is a collaborating lawyer at Urban & Hejduk with experience in advocacy and justice. He focuses in particular on the provision of legal services in the areas of criminal law, civil law, and litigation. He has many years of experience in defending and representing parties in criminal proceedings and has worked for several years as an assistant judge at the Supreme Court in boards specialising in real estate, law of obligations, and economic crime. With respect to his practice in justice, Jan is also experienced in preparing extraordinary appeals, as well as legal analyses and opinions.
