Pro Bono
Social responsibility is a part of our corporate culture. We help and promote many pro bono projects that we believe in, and we prefer ones where we can provide our help directly to those who need it most. We support non-profit activities that assist the weak and vulnerable. We are actively involved in the local communities. We regularly support individuals and institutions. Recipients of our assistance include, for example, selected hospital wards, shelters, hospices, non-profit organisations in the area of culture, sports, or social care, but also individuals who have not been as fortunate in life as we have.

Appointment of a new partner responsible for IDR and sports law
Urban & Hejduk is pleased to announce the appointment of René Cienciala as a new partner of the law firm, effective 1 January 2022. René moves to this new assignment from his role as head of the international desk, and he will be responsible for international dispute resolution, investment protection, and sports law.

On Wednesday 26 May 2021 evening, the player Ondřej Kúdela received the decision of the UEFA Appeals Body regarding his incident with Glen Kamara reported during the UEFA Europa League match between Rangers FC and SK Slavia Praha held on 18 March 2021.
